Realize is a digital platform operated by Skysecure Technologies Private Limited. It provides technology-driven services, assessments, insights, recommendations, dashboards, reports, and related capabilities to users and organizations.

Realize is primarily intended for professional, enterprise, and business use. You must have the legal capacity and any organizational authorization required to use the services.

Where access is provided by an employer, customer, or other organization, your use may also be subject to that organization's policies, permissions, contractual arrangements, and administrator controls.

Certain Realize services may require an account or authenticated access. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and using the platform only through access granted to you.

Do not share credentials or allow unauthorized persons to use your account. Notify the appropriate administrator or Realize if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse. Access may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, misuse prevention, or contractual reasons.

You may use Realize only for lawful business and professional purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable agreements, and any instructions made available within the platform.

You must not use Realize in a manner that could harm the platform, other users, customer environments, or third parties. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, assessments, or administrative functions.
• Introduce malicious code, malware, harmful files, or content intended to disrupt the service.
• Bypass or interfere with authentication, security controls, usage restrictions, monitoring, or audit mechanisms.
• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized activity.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, systematically extract, or replicate protected parts of the service except where expressly permitted by law or written agreement.
• Upload or submit information that you do not have the right or authority to provide.

You retain responsibility for information, documents, instructions, and other content submitted to Realize. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content and to authorize its processing for the requested service.

Where Realize processes information on behalf of a customer organization, that organization may control the purposes, permissions, retention, and authorized access applicable to the information.

Realize may generate assessments, dashboards, classifications, recommendations, summaries, reports, or other outputs based on information made available to the platform. These outputs are intended to support decision-making and may depend on the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and configuration of the underlying information.

Users should review important outputs and validate them before taking significant business, security, legal, financial, compliance, or operational action.

Certain Realize services may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, or rule-based technologies. AI-generated or automated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or interpretations that require human review.

Realize outputs are not intended to replace specialist professional judgment where legal, financial, security, compliance, medical, or other expert review is required.

Realize may integrate with or link to third-party websites, platforms, applications, identity providers, cloud services, or other technologies. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and security practices. Realize is not responsible for the content, availability, acts, or policies of third-party services outside its control.

Realize, its platform design, software, workflows, interfaces, documentation, branding, reports, templates, and related materials may be protected by intellectual-property and other applicable laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, no ownership rights are transferred by these Terms.

You may use outputs provided to you for your authorized internal or contractual purposes, subject to applicable agreements and third-party rights.

We may update, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, technical, or business reasons. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, failures, third-party dependencies, or events outside reasonable control.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Realize does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of every feature.

If a Realize service is provided under a paid subscription, order form, statement of work, enterprise agreement, or other commercial arrangement, the applicable fees, payment terms, subscription period, usage limits, and renewal terms will be governed by that agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed commercial agreement, the signed agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.

Personal information processed through Realize is handled in accordance with the Realize Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements. Realize may also use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Realize Cookie Policy. Where Realize is used through an organization, that organization may separately determine how certain organization-controlled personal information is processed.

Realize uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information and the platform. No digital service can guarantee absolute security, and users remain responsible for protecting credentials, devices, and authorized access.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, misuse, non-payment under an applicable commercial agreement, legal requirements, or termination of the relevant customer relationship.

Upon termination, rights to use the affected service cease, subject to any surviving contractual, legal, confidentiality, retention, audit, or dispute-resolution obligations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Realize is provided on an “as available” basis. Outputs may be affected by source data, configuration, integrations, third-party systems, and automated processing.

Realize does not warrant that every assessment, recommendation, report, or automated output will be complete, current, or suitable for every specific purpose. Users remain responsible for independent review of important decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any separate written agreement, Skysecure Technologies Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use Realize, including loss of profits, business opportunity, goodwill, or data where such exclusion is legally permitted.

Any liability limitations or negotiated remedies stated in a signed customer agreement will apply to that customer relationship and will take precedence over this section where applicable.

You must use Realize in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and organizational policies. Realize may take steps reasonably necessary to comply with valid legal or regulatory requirements.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to Realize services, legal requirements, security practices, operational needs, or business arrangements. The Last Updated date will indicate the most recent revision. Where appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the platform, website, email, or another reasonable method.

These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws and any governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions in the relevant customer agreement. Where no separate agreement applies, disputes will be handled under applicable law and before a court or forum having lawful jurisdiction.
